How do I get started as an investor with HotelierCo?
You can get started with HotelierCo by signing up here (clickable link?). The account creation and the investment process is completed online via the HotelierCo website. As each opportunity is ready for funding you’ll gain access to your investor portal, allowing you to review earnings, investment opportunities, tax documents and access to customer support.
What am I investing in with HotelierCo?
HotelierCo allows each of our investors an opportunity to gain ownership in hotels. You will have access to investments that were previously available only to large institutional investors.
How much do I need to start?
The majority of investments will be available for investment starting from $2,500 although we do plan on having offerings minimum investment as low as $500.
How often will I be updated on the progress on my investment?
HotelierCo provides quarterly updates via your investor portal. Simply login to your account for access.
Why do you need my social security number and birth date?
Investments sold through HotelierCo platform are genuine investments registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Because your income must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), we are required to obtain your social security number and date of birth.
Can I invest more after my initial investment?
Absolutely! Anytime an investment fund is open, we welcome HotelierCo investors to contribute more.
Do I have to live in the United States to invest in HotelierCo?
Each of our investments will be available to all United States citizens. We will also be opening investments globally over time.
